“Behind the Desmarais State:  Power”; Behind Philpot and Lisée:  Power

“I am taken captive, and I know not by whom, but I am taken.”

“Marx hardly dealt with the concept of nationalism at all and discounted it as a major force.  Lenin recognized it to be tactically useful in a revolution, but of no use after that.”

“Secret Committee” “of Power” Independently Confirmed

Quebec author Robin Philpot, a faithful chorister of the New World Order in Quebec (who pretends to expose it while concealing it with the usual canards), nonetheless furnishes added detail on the secret committee at Power Corporation in his 2014 update of his 2008 book, [translation] Behind The Desmarais State:  Power.  Philpot is one of the many authors of Le Goût du Québec, L’après référendum 1995  (a lament for the near-miss Soviet takeover of 1995).  See my post Singing Tomorrows.

The secret committee at Power was first exposed by tactical advisor to the Communist Parti Québécois, “former Marxist-Leninist leader” Jean-François Lisée in his 1990 book In The Eye of the Eagle.  Lisée’s end-notes, however, leave much to the imagination.  Documents behind his account of the secret committee are too vaguely referenced to easily identify them in a search for the originals.  Philpot has resolved that problem by giving us the title and date of the relevant dispatch by American “diplomat”, E.C. Bittner (who may have been under cover in Ottawa for the CIA), both of which were omitted by Lisée:  “Quebec Separatism and the Liberal Leadership Race”, (3 January 1968).

You can read my exclusive English translation of a segment of that free Introduction:  “Behind The Desmarais State:  Power” which confirms the 1967 “secret committee” at Power Corporation.  The secret committee, including Pierre Elliott Trudeau, called for the Communist Parti Québécois to be set up and led by Communist René Lévesque.  If the communism isn’t immediately obvious, it’s the communism of the New Left called “Industrial Democracy,” first trotted out in Yugoslavia under Marshal Tito in 1950, and touted by Leo Roback in 1970 as “the true heir of Karl Marx”.

<h2 style="text-align:center;padding-bottom:9px;padding-top:12px;"“Power” Made René Lévesque A Star

Philpot — as I said, a faithful chorister to the New world Order — claims Power Corporation intended to “marginalize” René Lévesque and “beat” “separatism”.  In fact, Power Corporation and the federal Liberals upgraded Lévesque and gave him a new political party to lead.

What Philpot, and Lisée as well, don’t want readers to see is that Power Corporation built its own “separatist” movement using Lévesque to merge the existing Red, Pink and Bourgeois parties.  Is that “marginalizing”?  Is that “beating” “separatism”?  No.  They made Lévesque a star.  Their  star.  And that is the secret.  Big Business, what Professor Antony Sutton called the “corporate socialists”, created the Parti Québécois to restructure Canada and North America to suit their design for the new global world.

So to counter these obvious facts in the segment Philpot has to quote in order to write his political pot-boiler — funded by tax dollars by the way — Philpot notes that René Lévesque and Jacques Parizeau alone in Quebec politics (respectively the leaders of the 1980 and 1995 referendums) had no “links” with the Desmarais.

But of course they did!  They were secret agents of Desmarais who set up the Communist PQ for them; who ran two referendums for them.  Publicly, they had to dress down Power Corporation.  Ties between them would not have fit with the illusion of Desmarais “opposing” “separatism”. — which is how our corrupt and dumbed-down press and media represent Power Corporation, as being opposed to Quebec “sovereignty” — when in fact Power Corporation is one of the globalist authors of the means toward dismantling the whole of Canada by secession:  the invention and set-up of the PQ itself through the “secret committee” hosted on its business premises.

The Power-controlled PQ used “separatism” to swell its ranks; yet, when referendum time arrived, both Lévesque and Parizeau switched from “sovereignty” (independence for Quebec) to “association” or “partnership”:  and that is where the wanted “negotiation” lies:  the “negotiation” by Canada’s federal government (also controlled by Power Corporation) on behalf of the “rest of Canada” with  Power-controlled Quebec after a “Yes” in a referendum to secede.  In other words, Canada will “negotiate” its own suicide.  The treacherous multinational corporations don’t want to be blamed for that, but they plan to be the beneficiaries of this corporate coup on Canada and the West.

Philpot tells us that Power controlled Trudeau and put him in office, and also Chrétien, Paul Martin, Stephen Harper and Brian Mulroney.  Naturally:  because any of these men might have been called upon to “negotiate” the dismantling of Canada — its re-federation — with Power’s Communist PQ after a “Yes” in a rigged referendum.  (I’m very sure the 1995 referendum was highly rigged; and quite possibly, also the one in 1980.)

René Lévesque and Jacques Parizeau had to keep their distance from Power Corporation.  They had to find fault with it or threaten it or denounce Power Corporation to create the impression of distance.

Lévesque denounced Power Corporation expressly in the PQ’s 1972 Communist manifesto (free download in the sidebar, see the blue lightning).  At page 68, Lévesque (and his gang) said:

“Conversely, there are nonetheless a number of sectors where indefinite growth in the size of companies hardly presents any true advantages.  The economic utility of conglomerates (or “empires”) is perhaps obvious for the financiers who constituted them, but not for the community.  All in all, the fact that one must be satisfied with only one steel-works does not extend absolutely to justifying at the same time the existence of Power Corporation!”

Lévesque is threatening to break up Power Corporation … if Quebec becomes “sovereign”, i.e. Communist.

But you will notice that despite the big send-up that Philpot gives to the “threat” posed to Quebec by this corporate Godzilla, and the self-serving complaints about “monopoly” aired so indignantly by Philpot:  no Liberal government, no federal government, and certainly no Parti Québécois government, has ever dismantled Power Corporation.

Therefore, if you want to know who runs Quebec and Canada, look not to the Legislature, not to Parliament, look to Power Corporation.  How else can one explain that for over 50 years, nothing has been done about it?  Power is untouchable.  Because Power is the boss … of political puppets and phony referendums to use the people in a “democratic” vote to cover for their lackeys when they take the country apart.

Proof that René Lévesque was working for Power Corporation is the fight he always had on his hands from the PQ militants who did not like the word “association” in Lévesque’s platform.  Lévesque finally resigned, leaving Parizeau to tactically rescue the PQ as its new leader by publicly denouncing “association”, just like the rest of the Reds.

But at referendum time, Parizeau, with the aid of his fellow ball players, jumped back to the scheme that calls for “negotiation”:  he now called it “partnership” instead of “association”.  Six of one, half a dozen of the other.

René Lévesque includes a timeline at the back of his 1986 Memoirs entitled Attendez que je me rappelle… (Wait while I remember…), republished in 1994 by Québec/Amérique.  The recurring crisis in the party over the concept of association is noted on the timeline.  I’ve extracted the points, as follows:

[Translation 1]:

  1. “October [1978]  In a statement to the (Quebec) National Assembly, René Lévesque stresses that sovereignty and association form a whole.”

  2. “June [1979]  Seventh Congress of the Parti Québécois.  Party members support the position of René Lévesque on the link between sovereignty and association.”

  3. “May [1980]  Referendum.  The “No” takes it with 59.6%, and 44.4% for the “Yes”.  The rate of participation is 86%.  The “Yes” takes a majority in 16 of the 110 voting districts.”
  4. “3-6 December [1981]  Congress of the Parti Québécois:  hard-lining of the party, a majority of the delegates excludes from the party program all reference to association.  René Lévesque threatens to resign.”

Think carefully:  René Lévesque threatened to quit over the word “association”.  Why?  Because, without the word “association,” the whole concept of «état-associé» (the EEC-EU-EUSR for Canada–and next, North America) vanishes.  It is the word “association” which will transform the top half of the continent of North America, instantaneously, into a North American (Soviet) Union disguised as “keeping Quebec in Canada”.

Again, why did René Lévesque threaten to resign over deletion of the word association?  Because he was working for Power Corporation; he was leading Power Corp’s designer political party created on orders of Power Corp’s “secret committee” of Red “Liberals” … to negotiate the dismantling of Canada.  And, the negotiations make the goons look like heroes.  They will choir that they “saved” Canadian “unity” when a new string of banana republics agrees to “federate” in a new Canadian region, with each level under a new division of powers.

So, how did they get association back in for 1995?  With a little fancy footwork, as usual.  According to the Pravda-style “Canadian” “documentary” Breaking Point, on the subject of the 1995 referendum, it went like this:

[Transcript of the English film:]

[Female voice-over:]

Bouchard argues that the YES forces must provide Quebecers with the reassurance they seek.

[Lucien Bouchard:]

Ils ne sont pas des êtres politiques simples.”  (They are not political imbeciles.)

[Female voice-over:]

On March 12th, Lucien Bouchard decides to act, knowing that many anxious sovereignists back him.  He’s going to challenge Jacques Parizeau.

Bouchard wants Parizeau to offer Canada a partnership, and to hold a second referendum before declaring Quebec’s independence.

For Jacques Parizeau, this is heresy.  The two men meet in the privacy of the premier’s home in Montreal.  A battle of titans has begun.

[Jean-François Lisée:]

He wanted to commit to a second referendum where the population of Quebec would ratify the new agreement or treaty or whatever, between Quebec and Canada, as was the case in the 1980 question.

Now, this was, for Mr. Parizeau, and for the Council of Ministers, and for the PQ, out of the question.  There would be no return to the two-referendum scenario.  And Mr. Bouchard knew that.”

Obviously, Lisée’s reference to an “agreement or treaty or whatever” means there had to be negotiations in 1995, as in 1980.  Obviously, they need the second referendum to ratify the “negotiations” desired by Power Corporation, which created the PQ for this purpose, and this alone, using the Reds and other corrupt political tools that it controls.

So what really happened in the end?  Here’s what happened.  Read the 1995 question:

“Do you agree that Québec should become sovereign, after having made a formal offer to Canada for a new economic and political partnership, within the scope of the Bill respecting the future of Québec and of the agreement signed on 12 June 1995?”

The 1980 association was restored to the question of 1995 by calling it a partnership.  Obviously, the result of the negotiations would have to be “ratified” … in a second referendum.

<h2 style="text-align:center;padding-bottom:9px;padding-top:12px;"The "NO" side was working for the "YES"

Parizeau knocked down Power Corp in a speech Philpot cites, delivered to the more-rabid Communist wing of the Red PQ, the so-called party “militants”, a month before the 1995 referendum.

1995 Canada Rally in Montreal

1995 Canada Rally in Montreal

Giving the impression that Power Corporation was an enemy of Quebec “sovereignty” (as if “sovereignty” were the real target and not dismantling Canada), Parizeau cleverly denounced to his far-left Reds all the “former” employees of Power Corporation who were “working” for the “NO” side:  Jean Chrétien, Daniel Johnson, John Rae (aka Cohen).  But why did a Montreal businessman organize a last-minute Canada rally three days before the October 30th referendum?

Precisely because the so-called “NO” committee, so obviously controlled by Power Corporation, was doing nothing!

The “NO” committee was, in fact, controlled opposition.  Their job was to lose the referendum, to ensure the “negotiations” to restructure Canada for Power Corporation and their Zionist paymasters at the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London.  And we know this because Power Corporation is Quebec headquarters for distribution of the Rhodes Scholarships* that emanate from UK in the cause of the globalist bankers behind the RIIA, sometimes known in its early days by one of its front-names:  The Milner Group, the folks who brought you WWI and WWII by controlling the Throne of England.

Chrétien, Johnson and Rae were, in fact, working for the YES.

Once that independent businessman began to organize the rally, the guilty parties behind the “NO” had to save face by pitching in.  And that is the only reason they had to “prevail”.  Because otherwise, they’d have been caught, trying to lose.

Power Corp and their poodles the Liberals could not destroy Canada by themselves.  They needed someone to “fight” with to be seen “saving” Canada by pretending the “negotiations” would maintain its “unity”.

Having lost their man inside the Union Nationale party (Daniel Johnson Sr., who died before he could call a referendum), and their man Lesage and his Quebec Liberals whom the voters turfed out in 1966 (unaware that Lesage in 1961 had commissioned the very first stab at a communist plan to run Quebec’s economy), and who had offered the voters a “true national state” (as if to compete with the nationalist Union Nationale); the federal Liberals had no one capable of taking power in Quebec to play ball with.  Accordingly, they and Power Corporation were obliged to “invent” a new political playmate to continue their Canadian version of the world-government game.  They invented the “separatist” Parti Québécois, and René Lévesque to set it up and run it for them.

<h2 style="text-align:center;padding-bottom:9px;padding-top:12px;"Pouring Oil on the "Separatist" Fire

Philpot reports that American agent E.C. Bittner’s dispatch to Washington quotes Power Corporation Vice President Claude Frenette, who was a member of the Liberal apparatus and of the secret committee:

The Liberal Party had established a secret committee to beat separatism in Quebec.”

He means the federal Liberal Party, which was led at that time by Lester Bowles Pearson, exposed as a Soviet agent in the U.S. MacCarran hearings, concerning which fact the FBI warned the RCMP, apparently to no avail.  First, is this really the “Liberal Party” at work?  Key federal ministers from Quebec are meeting Friday nights in Montreal on the business premises of a multinational corporation.  Is it normal for Big Business — for any business — to host a political party?  Let me rephrase that.  How about “own” a political party.  Or two.  Or more.  Is that legal?  Is that constitutional?  The answer is no, and it would take a few posts.  Let’s do that another day.

<h2 style="text-align:center;padding-bottom:9px;padding-top:12px;""Beating" Separatism or "Building" Separatism?

Second:  do you “beat” your opponent by giving him a political party; and also the press and headlines required to pursue his cause?  And by giving your opponent seats in the Quebec Legislature?  Do you legitimate your enemy by inviting him to pit his cause against the very existence of your country?  Is that “beating” your opponent?  Is that “marginalizing” René Lévesque?  Hardly.

They were building René Lévesque up; they created a new party and gave it a chance to destroy Canada for these corporate traitors.  Clearly, one side created the other side; one side, the “pro-Canadian-unity” corporate side, designed and launched its own “opponent”, the “separatist” side.  Both “sides” were working together.  Moreover, “pro-Canadian-unity” doesn’t mean the status quo; it means dismantle and refederate, focusing on the “refederate” part while ignoring the “dismantle” part, which obviously is the opposite of “unity”.

Bittner states that the “secret committee” wished to “discredit the separatist inclinations of the Estates General,” which is a French-Canadian patriotic institution.  And how did the “secret committee”, which admittedly “infiltrated” the Estates General, in fact do this?  How did it “discredit” the alleged “separatism” of the Estates General?

According to Bittner, the secret committee (Trudeau, Marchand, Sauvé, V.P. Frenette, and others not named) “incited [the Estates General] to take a position so radical with respect to separatism that it would be unbelievable.”

Philpot said in French, “incroyable” (unbelievable); he was obviously translating the Bittner dispatch, written in English.

In his own version of the Bittner dispatch, Jean-François Lisée says the secret committee encouraged the Estates General “to take a position on separatism so radical that it became shocking“:  “une position si radicale qu’elle en devienne choquante“.  He, too, is translating the dispatch.

Philpot says “unbelievable”, Lisée says “shocking”; we haven’t yet seen Bittner’s original English document.  I tried to get it from the U.S. archives and was told it’s in such a tattered state it can’t be handled.  Maybe, maybe not.  You would think they would photograph things that can’t be handled before they put them in the freezer, so that at least the photo could be consulted.

But the point is, do you “beat” your “separatist” opponent by infiltrating his organization to make it even more “separatist”, even more radical?  Do you deliberately escalate the alleged problem, in order to “beat” the problem?

In other words, do you pour oil on the fire, and then claim that you are trying to put the fire out?

Do you know when you are being taken?  And by whom?

Obviously, people like Philpot and Lisée like to write political pot-boilers.  It’s a living.  But, more than that, they are an integral part of Power Corporation’s controlled opposition.  They write controlled “history”.  Using a small core of facts, they spin the interpretation to be the opposite of reality.  The opposite of the obvious, and of common sense.  And then the public buys it, and the media lackeys gobble it up and obediently regurgitate the nonsense to affirm it.

The Canadian government and the Quebec government sponsor them with taxpayers’ dollars.  You are therefore paying these fellows to brainwash you for their own political ends.  And they tell some truth, or else they couldn’t call it a “documentary”, or “non” fiction.  But they can’t give the game away.  So, pretending to be Quebec nationalist patriots, they denounce the real perpetrator of the sovereignty gambit, so that you won’t see Power Corporation pulling all the “separatist” strings.

<h2 style="text-align:center;padding-bottom:9px;padding-top:12px;""Canadian Unity" Goal A Fraud

The chief canard (as alluded to above) is the myth that Power Corporation and the Desmarais family are backers of “Canadian unity”.  Adding the adjective “Canadian” to the noun “unity” (which really means the European system and hides intent to dismantle the Provinces, to transfer their powers to Soviet-style mega-cities), does not transform it into anything remotely “Canadian” (i.e., as in 1867).

For the globalists, “Canadian unity” is in reality (but not openly recognized by the press) a euphemism for re-federation of Canada on the model of the nation-states of the EEC-EU (EUSSR) on the way to merger of the world under a single imposed system.  In other words, to get the European system done that they want, which merely represents a chunk of the new world-government system, Quebec has been hijacked by the Zionists and their corporate shills as a tool to restructure all of Canada.  The false “patriation” of 1982 is a chunk of the new world “constitution” also being imposed.  For more on Canada’s “False Patriation”, see “The Patriation and Legitimacy of the Canadian Constitution” (1982) in which author Barry Lee Strayer admits that the patriation was indeed illegal and a coup.

Indeed, the sole purpose of the “separatist” (Communist-led and corporate-fascist-backed) movement in Quebec under the aegis of Power Corporation with its cohort of Red Liberals and Socialist Rhodes Scholars, is to achieve re-federation using a Quebec UDI.  This trigger to “negotiate” the re-federation between the Desmarais-controled federal and Quebec “governments” explains the false pretext of “saving” “Canadian unity”:  while destroying your country, they want you to think they’re doing you a favor.

It should be noted, however, that Paul Desmarais is not the sole mover behind this agenda.  Peter Nesbitt Thomson who was CEO of Power Corporation in 1964 (and possibly even after 1967), has given speeches including to The Empire Club (1964) which indicate that he, too, was pushing the restructuring of Canada… a restructuring apparently also wanted by the KGB (Golitsyn) and the Canadian Council of Chief Executives (CCCE) [originally the Business Council on National Issues] of which Power Corporation is a founding member.

Therefore, the people in control of Power Corporation prior to the Desmarais clan are of equal interest.  In fact, at the time of the “secret committee” at Power in 1967, Peter Nesbitt Thomson was the controlling owner of Power Corporation; Desmarais was merely “on the point” of purchasing his control over Gesca (the newspaper line owned by Power); and would not purchase control of the rest of Power for another couple of years.  Which suggests that the original controlling owners, their heirs and successors, may still be in the shadows of the Desmarais enterprise even today.  So, if the Desmarais’ preference for the shadows ought to raise concern; of equal or more concern is the quite shadowy presence of Peter Nesbitt Thomson even before the arrival of the Desmarais.

For example, in February of 1964, Power Corp CEO Peter Nesbitt Thomson told The Empire Club that Canada should have a new constitution to accommodate Quebec’s (ethnic) aspirations.  In October of 1964, Mrs. Windsor (Queen Elizabeth IInd) speaking from the precinct of the Quebec provincial Legislature, and seeming to echo Nesbitt Thomson, offered Quebec a new constitution.  It might have been a generous token of concern were it not unconstitutional and solely aimed at getting the very same EUSSR restructuring done for the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Zionist bankers’ group based in London (UK) of which Mrs. Windsor is the (unconstitutionally) politically active and official “royal patron”.  Ditto for her father before her.

But then, her grandfather, King George V, at the urging of banker Ernst Cassell, financed the London School of Economics (LSE) founded by the pro-Soviet Beatrice and Sydney Webb to train the permanent bureaucrats of the future socialist state (i.e. the state minus free enterprise and representative government).  Jacques Parizeau was a graduate of the LSE.  As are and have been scads of unelected officials in the Canadian governing structure for a very many decades.  (We may one day have to call Mrs. Windsor “The Red Queen” for real.)

Below is my exclusive English translation of an extract from Philpot’s 2014 account of the “secret committee at Power“.  The bold and underlines are mine, added to signal the special control and influence of Power Corporation, which hands out the “Rhodes Scholarships” for Quebec and controls Quebec and Canadian politics; and possibly other provinces as well.  Rhodes Scholars have been at the helm of major destructive attacks on Canada, including the 1982 coup d’état presented as “patriation”; Trudeau’s War Measures in 1970; secularizing of Quebec’s constitutionally Catholic education system in 1965.  Thus, they have worked to denationalize Canada and de-culture Quebec for globalism.

Quebec premier Robert Bourassa (War Measures), said by author Philpot to have practically formed a government merger with Desmarais while in power, was a Rhodes Scholar who advocated the European Union system for North America; the very same as advocated by René Lévesque and Jacques Parizeau to replace Confederation, i.e., “sovereignty association” (1980 referendum) and “sovereignty partnership” (new euphemism) (1995 referendum) both pursued by the Communist Parti Québécois “founded” by the “secret committee” of Red Liberals at Power.  (It is said that Bourassa was unknown in Quebec 3 months before he became Premier.  Also, Pierre Trudeau was unknown in Canada at large shortly before he became prime minister at the instance of Power Corporation, because the “secret committee” on which Trudeau sat in 1967, which produced the PARTI QUEBECOIS, also produced Trudeau’s election team, and Power Corporation financed Trudeau’s campaign.)

“The Star of Bethlehem was one of God’s Flying Saucers”:  Season’s Greetings from Paul Hellyer … and the Skull & Bones?

“I don’t know if you’re a person who’s ever read the Bible or not, but I think the Star of Bethlehem was one of God’s flying saucers.”

Download this video clip:  https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code=kZWPhxZP6NwN7FH4EzWRsoloq4uhygBviqV

‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, and all through the stars, alien life forms were stirring from the Dipper to Mars …

Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction, and more entertaining.  Paul Hellyer is a former National Defense Minister under Soviet Agent Lester Pearson and then under Red Mole Pierre Trudeau.  Hellyer founded the Canadian Action Party (the CAP) in 1997 to put the sovereignty of Canada up to a vote1

He and his former successor as leader of the CAP, well known Communist Connie Fogal-Rankin, would like the Canadian parliament to have a “democratic mandate” from the Canadian people for the North American Union.  (The BNA Act of 1867 prohibits North American Union, so these cons have introduced the forbidden as an “option”.)

However, the deeper truth behind the Canadian Action Party is truly bizarre. 2  And there is no way to spoof it for you to celebrate Christmas-New Year’s 2016-2017, other than to expose the truth.

Therefore, listen to Paul Theodore Hellyer — on Russian TV to boot (Putin’s favorite propaganda channel) — when he tells the cameras:

“I think the Star of Bethlehem was one of God’s flying saucers.”

Hellyer’s interviewer, Sophie Shevardnadze, evidently perplexed, can only reply, “Uhum” to the news that a flying saucer had hovered over Bethlehem to announce the birth of Jesus.

But that mythic scenario fits precisely into the intergalactic-theocratic-Urantia cult behind Paul Hellyer’s Canadian Action Party.

I think the Star of Bethlehem was one of God’s flying saucers

Paul Hellyer:  “I think the Star of Bethlehem was one of God’s flying saucers.”

When Hellyer says, “one of God’s flying saucers”, he is referring to the Book of Urantia peddled by Canadian Action Party president Paul Kemp.

In its internal, non-public culture, Hellyer’s Canadian Action Party supports a one-world government, a globalist religion (Urantia), alien-human hybridization, and membership of the Earth (real name, Urantia) in an interplanetary federation.  The scam is that Earth must have world government in order to be admitted to the federation.

Add to this an intergalactic Jesus incarnated throughout the infinite alien-populated worlds advanced as “fact” and “truth” in Paul Kemp’s presentation of the Urantia Book, and you start to see why Hellyer would announce:  “the Star of Bethlehem was one of God’s flying saucers.”

The Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Bilderberg Group are presumed by Urantia “believers” at CAP to have received “alien contact”.  This is why these sainted organizations, run by the world’s worst Evilarchy, are motivated to form a one-world government:  so that Earth can join “galactic society”.

One such believer is Paul Kemp’s friend, retired U.S. Air Force Lt.-Col Don Ware, who admits to channeling telepathic aliens.  Ware is said to have claimed:

“In 1989, after studying and learning more about the non-physical aspects of the universe, I was used by a higher intelligence to send a message to the generals at Eglin Air Force Base.”

Also, says Ware:

“I accept the idea that intelligent life is abundant throughout the universe, in both incarnate and discarnate forms”

“the normal means of communication by higher intelligence is telepathic”

“Millions of Americans are participating in a hybridization program with short beings from Zeta Reticula.”

“The main reason alien liaison is increasing now is because our planet is being transformed to support a new world order.”

Notice anything familiar yet?

Ware continues:

“The new order is destined to support a learning process that is one step beyond the human experience of free-will choices.”

A world Marxist dictatorship is “one step beyond” “free-will choices”.  Coincidence?  Give up your free will for the greater good of the intergalactic collective!  Just what we need!  Space aliens who are Marxists!  Perhaps Karl channeled the Manifesto from telepathic Zeta Reticulans?

“… the new world order can become what Jesus described as heaven on Earth.”

The Warburg-financed Count Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi, viewed by many as the founding father of the European Union (first chunk of the world-government system laid in place) said in his 1925 book, Practical Idealism:

Through the ages Jewry has remained faithful to the theocratic idea of the identification of politics and ethics:  Christianity and Socialism are both attempts to create an earthly paradise.  [lit.:  a State of God]  Now, the Kemp web sites prominently feature the Star of David and the flag of Israel in the Urantia scheme for an intergalactic federation of world-governments.

Don Ware continues:

“I think the Bilderburgers [sic], the Trilateral Commission, and the Council on Foreign Relations in America is influenced by alien liaison.”

“I think many members of these groups recognize that having a government that can speak for all of the people of the world is a prerequisite to joining a galactic society.”

“Economies are coalescing into three major economic blocks, and advanced communication and transportation systems are allowing a great inter-mingling of societies.”

The Urantia cult is a spinoff from the 7th-Day Adventists who themselves spun off David Koresh’s Messianic Branch Davidians.  The Branch Davidians met their tragic end in a bloody FBI siege in 1993 at Waco, Texas.  (It is alleged that Hillary Rodham Clinton ordered the massacre.)

Waco (wacko?) is also the home of the alleged Bush-Fox-Martin signature in 2005 of a non-released document behind the “Security and Prosperity Partnership” of North America, to complete a regional union (“regionalism is Communism”, says Charlotte Iserbyt of NewsWithViews) on the pretext of 9/11.

The “Urantia Book” behind the cult is a faked “religious” document “channeled” by a member of the Kellogg family.  The same family produced at least four members of the ominous “Skull & Bones” secret society.

The object of the Urantia cult is world government for the Earth (Urantia), where the Earth is just one among an infinite number of planets in an interstellar federation of planets, each with its own world government.  The aliens inhabiting these “worlds of space” are all portrayed as “higher intelligences”, “advanced beings” whom we Urantians ought to emulate.

At the center of the whole federation is God on the middle planet.  Which explains the reference of Paul Hellyer in the news clip to “one of God’s flying saucers”.  This is pure Urantia Book.  (And no, we don’t know yet if God is David Rockefeller.)

So the purpose for pretending to “channel” a 2000-page book to kick-start a new religion might well be sinister.

And, sinister it is when you discover the passages in the Urantia Book (the cult’s “Bible”) demanding a one-world government.

Now, world government is what the Canadian Action Party claims to oppose when addressing the public.  But, one-world government is a religious  tenet of the UFO cult manically pursued behind the scenes by Canadian Action Party founder Paul Hellyer and his conspiratorial Executive members.

The Canadian Action Party’s president, Paul Kemp, literally preaches Urantia on and off-line (see his Facebook page and his collection of “other worlds of space” web sites linked below).  According to Kemp, the Urantia Book says:

134:6.4  Another world war will teach the so-called sovereign nations to form some sort of federation, thus creating the machinery for preventing small wars, wars between the lesser nations.

The malign intelligence behind the words “will teach” in that passage is too startling to be ignored.  In the past few years, self-styled analyst Joel M. Skousen, nephew of W. Cleon Skousen who published The Naked Communist and The Naked Capitalist, has been warning that “they are planning a war for us”.

Says Skousen to Alex Jones, in the advertising film for his book Strategic Relocation (drumming up business for Skousen’s profession installing hi-tech nuclear bomb shelters for the mobile rich):

“Well, part of it is that they don’t understand the nature of the conspiracy.  They don’t understand that there is a great powerful force not only to take down Liberty, which is what their agenda is, but to make sure that they don’t get the blame for it.

So, they are going to use — they blame it on anyone, they blame it on the free market, they blame it on “business cycle”.  It’s not the business cycle, it’s the monetary cycle created by the Fed.

And ultimately, these people are going to escape blame, because they are planning a war for usA third world-warA nuclear war.  Which in fact will wipe out a great deal of the financial centers and will let them to walk away and say, ‘It wasn’t our fault’.”

“The Fed” is the U.S. Federal Reserve bank, which is not a national bank but a private bank.  The Federal Reserve is composed of all the same banking interests behind the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) which for over a century has engineered all the major wars, including World Wars I and II, financing both sides.

The goal of this Bankers’ protection racket was to push the free nations of the world to the bargaining table, there to create a world government.  With the creation of the United Nations Organization in 1945, stage one has been accomplished.  The table has been laid.  Stage two is underway, and Hellyer and Company are playing “the alien card“.

We therefore have currently playing out before us, an apparently Marxist, Bankster-friendly Urantia UFO cult, hybridized with Christianity and with Zionist forces.  For Paul Kemp’s Urantia web sites all use the Star of David and the flags of Israel and the United Nations as twin pennons of the desired World Order over Earth in an interplanetary federation.

All are pushing naive people to accept, on religious faith, the spirituality and “goodness” of David Rockefeller’s Trilateral Commission, his Marxist Council on Foreign Relations, and his pro-Communist Bilderbergers.

Enameled onto this religious tenet is the requirement that Urantia believers agree that national sovereignty is poisonous, and the cause of wars.

National sovereignty is not the cause of wars; the Bankers are the cause of wars.  Wars could not be fought without financing.  It is well known that the Rothschild bankers have financed both sides in most European wars for hundreds of years.  They financed both sides in the last Napoleonic War, and capitalized on their advance knowledge of Napoleon’s defeat, to trick the British markets into a panic so the Rothschilds could buy up stock at rock-bottom prices.  As a consequence, it is hotly rumored, the Rothschilds thus acquired control of the Bank of England.

Another passage from the Urantia Book, as posted by the CAP’s Paul Kemp, gives a very strong hint as to who is really behind this phony religion and UFO cult:

134:6.11  Under global government the national groups will be afforded a real opportunity to realize and enjoy the personal liberties of genuine democracy.  The fallacy of self-determination will be ended.  With global regulation of money and trade will come the new era of world-wide peace.  Soon may a global language evolve, and there will be at least some hope of sometime having a global religion — or religions with a global viewpoint.

Let me read a little from Vladimir Lenin’s Collected Works, page 499, Volume 19, March-December 1913 in a letter to S.G. Shahumyan of December 6th, 1913:

“Why will you not understand the psychology that is so important in the national question and which, if the slightest coercion is applied, besmirches, soils, nullifies the undoubtedly progressive importance of centralisation, large states and a uniform language?”

Lenin continues, linking his view of how a global language must “evolve” spurred by the development of a “capitalist” economy:

“But the economy is still more important than psychology:  in Russia we already have a capitalist economy, which makes the Russian language essential.  But you have no faith in the power of the economy and want to prop it up with the crutches of the rotten police regime.”

Apparently, Paul Hellyer and the Canadian Action Party are propping up Marxist world government on the crutches of a phony UFO cult.

On the topic of “democracy”, Lenin had this to say in his September 7th, 1913 article in Pravda (page 357, Vol. 19, Collected Works), although when Lenin says “alien” he probably doesn’t have in mind the inducement to world government promoted by Hellyer.

“Working-class democracy counterposes to the nationalist wrangling of the various bourgeois parties over questions of language, etc., the demand for the unconditional unity and complete solidarity of workers of all nationalities in all working-class organisations — trade union, co-operative, consumers’, educational and all others — in contradistinction to any kind of bourgeois nationalism.  Only this type of unity and solidarity can uphold democracy and defend the interests of the workers against capital — which is already international and is becoming more so — and promote the development of mankind towards a new way of life that is alien to all privileges and all exploitation.”

But what of the Canadian Action Party’s “global religion”!  Have the Marxists conceded the value of blending the behavioral goals of their materialist religion with the enforcement function of religion over “primitive instincts” to free choice and self-determination?

Perhaps Maurice Strong will emerge with a more complex version of Urantia, itself, linked to phony man-made “climate change”?

Urantia is pretty deadly stuff; and it’s targeted to securing compliance with a Bankster-engineered overthrow of Western Civilization by a naive element of that same population.

Basically, when the views that the Evilarchy wants people to hold become tenets held on faith; they are no longer open to challenge in the real world outside that hypnotically wobbling orb of the imaginary universe created by Urantia around its advocates.

The Urantia cult as promoted by Heller converts the Banksters and their Marxist Council on Foreign Relations, their Trilateral Commission and extended networks into collaborators of Christ to create a world government “paradise” on Earth, as part of an intergalactic federation where it is possible to voyage to the middle planet and meet God; (or perhaps David Rockefeller).

Bloggers including Tim Boucher have questioned whether Hellyer has lost his mind.  Indeed, I believe there is calculated method to Hellyer’s apparent madness.  His “far out” Urantia cult enables a real political power grab advanced through mind control exerted over a fringe element with limited capacities for critical judgment.

As for me, I’m betting that “God” will turn out to be a trans-humanized, brain-transplanted Evelyn de Rothschild, ensconced upon the Divine Hijacked British Throne at the center of Kemp’s wacky Universe.

I hope the galactic truth about Paul Hellyer and the Canadian Action Party has set you free!

Merry Christmas, everybody, and a Cosmic New Year!

1  In 2003, Paul Hellyer tried to merge the Canadian Action Party with the New Democratic Party of Canada (NDP).  The NDP has always been a full member of the Socialist International (SI), whose platform is world government (Oslo Declaration, 1962).  The fact that Hellyer tried to merge the CAP with the NDP proves that Hellyer is in favor of world government.

The text of the Declaration of the Socialist International endorsed at the Council Conference held in Oslo on 2-4 June 1962, is online at the web site of the SI, itself.

What Would Communism Be Like? (Question to the West)

Since the Rockefellers are among the handful of international financiers who bankrolled Lenin and Trotsky’s Bolshevik Revolution of 1917, let’s see how life actually was for working Americans employed by the Rockefellers…

William Lyon Mackenzie King and John Davidson Rockefeller II

William Lyon Mackenzie King and John Davidson Rockefeller II

John Davidson Rockefeller II was born in 1874 and died in 1960. John D. owned several coal and iron mines in the Colorado Rockies in Ludlow, Colorado. JD paid the miners less than $700 a year and forced them to live in company houses and shop at the company store. The mining camps were patrolled by armed guards and infiltrated by company spies…

In 1913, 9,000 miners went on strike… they demanded union rights. More money, better conditions, an end to the prison camp-type of system and they wanted to talk to Junior (J.D. Rockefeller). J.D. refused to talk to the workers and instead he brought in Texas and West Virginia gunmen, the Colorado State militia, the National Guard and the Cavalry to protect his mines…

… Then Rockefeller’s army attacked… they charged through the miners’ tent camps in armored cars, raking the miners with machine gun fire and they burnt one camp to the ground… Dozens of men, women and children were shot or burned to death…

That December, the cold, starving miners who survived gave in to John D. Rockefeller II… two years later, the National Guard shot to death three striking Standard Oil workers in New Jersey…

That pretty much sounds like Communism, don’tcha think? Nationalized “housing”, forced labor, starvation wages, spies, prison-camp conditions, and the use of the National troops to murder you and your family if you don’t cooperate.

The Rockefellers are just some of the people who subsidized the Sovietization of Russia into a vast slave labor camp where only for starters, 10 million Catholic ethnic Ukrainians died by forced starvation for refusing to hand over their farms and property for “redistribution”.

As well, the USSR’s great Baltic White Sea canal was built with unfed slave labor under the reign of Joseph Stalin. The Soviet authorities deemed it cheaper to work a man or a woman to death for a few days, than to feed them; because with the neighborhood-fascist spy system in the USSR, there were always plenty of free replacements. If a man did not denounce a minimum number of his own neighbours to the secret police, he himself was taken into forced labor.

Given that the Rockefellers also bankrolled the setup of the United Nations, facade of our intended future world government, the question “What would Communism be like?” is very appropriate to anyone in the West who has not experienced Banker-financed subjugation.

In closing, you will notice how careful Canada’s de facto government archive is when describing the infamous strike at the Rockefeller-owned mining company. Says our government, “During this bitter and violent strike, which lasted 15 months, more than 40 people were killed.” They neglect to mention that the Rockefellers murdered their own workers and their families — men, women and kids — in cold blood, using State-supplied troops.

Perhaps the omission of this unpleasant historical detail is related to a wish to keep sacrosanct the “image” of Canada’s one-time Prime Minister, who was John D. Rockefeller’s “Real Companion and Friend”, that is, The Honourable William Lyon Mackenzie King.

The Chief Links Between Wall Street,
the Left and Communists

Thomas W. Lamont

Thomas W. Lamont

Our concern at the moment is with the links between Wall Street and the Left, especially the Communists. Here the chief link was the Thomas W. Lamont family. This family was in many ways parallel to the Straight family. Tom Lamont had been brought into the Morgan firm, as Straight was several years later, by Henry P. Davison, a Morgan partner from 1909. Lamont became a partner in 1910, as Straight did in 1913. Each had a wife who became a patroness of Leftish causes, and two sons, of which the elder was a conventional banker, and the younger was a Left-wing sympathizer and sponsor. In fact, all the evidence would indicate that Tom Lamont was simply Morgan’s apostle to the Left in succession to Straight, a change made necessary by the latter’s premature death in 1918. Both were financial supporters of liberal publications; in Lamont’s case The Saturday Review of Literature, which he supported throughout the 1920’s and 1930’s, and the New York Post, which he owned from 1918 to 1924.

The Files of the House Un-American Activities
Committee

The chief evidence, however, can be found in the files of the HUAC which show Tom Lamont, his wife Flora, and his son Corliss as sponsors and financial angels to almost a score of extreme Left organizations, including the Communist Party itself. Among these we need mention only two. One of these was a Communist-front organization, the Trade Union Services, Incorporated, of New York City, which in 1947 published fifteen trade-union papers for various CIO unions. Among its officers were Corliss Lamont and Frederick Vanderbilt Field (another link between Wall Street and the Communists). The latter was on the editorial boards of the official Communist newspaper in New York, the Daily Worker, as well as its magazine, The New Masses, and was the chief link between the Communists and the Institute of Pacific Relations in 1928-1947. Corliss Lamont was the leading light in another Communist organization, which started life in the 1920’s as the Friends of the Soviet Union, but in 1943 was reorganized, with Lamont as chairman of the board and chief incorporator, as the National Council of American-Soviet Friendship.

Corliss Lamont Was One of the Chief Spokesmen for the
Soviet Point of View in America

During this whole period of over two decades, Corliss Lamont, with the full support of his parents, was one of the chief figures in “fellow traveler” circles and one of the chief spokesmen for the Soviet point of view both in these organizations and also in connections which came to him either as son of the most influential man in Wall Street or as professor of philosophy at Columbia University. His relationship with his parents may be reflected in a few events of this period.

Lamont Refuses to Testify Before Congress

In January 1946, Corliss Lamont was called before HUAC to give testimony on the National Council of American-Soviet Friendship. He refused to produce records, was subpoenaed, refused, was charged with contempt of Congress, and was so cited by the House of Representatives on June 26, 1946. In the midst of this controversy, in May, Corliss Lamont and his mother, Mrs. Thomas Lamont, presented their valuable collection of the works of Spinoza to Columbia University. The adverse publicity continued, yet when Thomas Lamont rewrote his will, on January 6, 1948, Corliss Lamont remained in it as co-heir to his father’s fortune of scores of millions of dollars.

The McCarran Committee Shows that China Was Lost to the Communists
by the Deliberate Actions of the State Department and the Institute of Pacific Relations

In 1951 the Subcommittee on Internal Security of the Senate Judiciary Committee, the so-called McCarran Committee, sought to show that China had been lost to the Communists by the deliberate actions of a group of academic experts on the Far East and Communist fellow travelers whose work in that direction was controlled and coordinated by the Institute of Pacific Relations (IPR). The influence of the Communists in IPR is well established, but the patronage of Wall Street is less well known.

The IPR Was Financed by the Carnegie and Rockefeller Foundations

The IPR was a private association of ten independent national councils in ten countries concerned with affairs in the Pacific.

The headquarters of the IPR and of the American Council of IPR were both in New York and were closely associated on an interlocking basis. Each spent about $2.5 million dollars over the quarter-century from 1925 to 1950, of which about half, in each case, came from the Carnegie Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation (which were themselves interlocking groups controlled by an alliance of Morgan and Rockefeller interests in Wall Street). Much of the rest, especially of the American Council, came from firms closely allied to these two Wall Street interests, such as Standard Oil, International Telephone and Telegraph, International General Electric, the National City Bank, and the Chase National Bank. In each case, about l0 percent of income came from sales of publications and, of course, a certain amount came from ordinary members who paid $15 a year and received the periodicals of the IPR and its American Council, Pacific Affairs and Far Eastern Survey.

Large Funds Were Given to IPR by Wall Street
and the Large Foundations

The financial deficits which occurred each year were picked up by financial angels, almost all with close Wall Street connections. The chief identifiable contributions here were about $60,000 from Frederick Vanderbilt Field over eighteen years, $14,700 from Thomas Lamont over fourteen years, $800 from Corliss Lamont (only after 1947), and $18,000 from a member of Lee, Higginson in Boston who seems to have been Jerome D. Greene. In addition, large sums of money each year were directed to private individuals for research and travel expenses from similar sources, chiefly the great financial foundations.

The IPR Line Was Parroted by the State Department,
Ivy League Schools and Scholars Funded by Wall Street

Most of these awards for work in the Far Eastern area required approval or recommendation from members of IPR. Moreover, access to publication and recommendations to academic positions in the handful of great American universities concerned with the Far East required similar sponsorship. And, finally, there can be little doubt that consultant jobs on Far Eastern matters in the State Department or other government agencies were largely restricted to IPR-approved people. The individuals who published, who had money, found jobs, were consulted, and who were appointed intermittently to government missions were those who were tolerant of the IPR line. The fact that all these lines of communication passed through the Ivy League universities or their scattered equivalents west of the Appalachians, such as Chicago, Stanford, or California, unquestionably went back to Morgan’s influence in handling large academic endowments.

IPR Scholars, the State Department and the Kremlin
Promote the Same Viewpoint

There can be little doubt that the more active academic members of IPR, the professors and publicists who became members of its governing board (such as Owen Lattimore, Joseph P. Chamberlain, and Philip C. Jessup of Columbia, William W. Lockwood of Princeton, John K. Fairbank of Harvard, and others) and the administrative staff (which became, in time, the most significant influence in its policies) developed an IPR party line. It is, furthermore, fairly clear that this IPR line had many points in common both with the Kremlin’s party line on the Far East and with the State Department’s policy line in the same area. The interrelations among these, or the influence of one on another, is highly disputed. Certainly no final conclusions can be drawn.

There Was a Great Deal of Intrigue Used
to Influence U.S. Policy

Clearly there were some Communists, even party members, involved (such as Frederick Vanderbilt Field)…. Furthermore, there was a great deal of intrigue both to help those who agreed with the IPR line and to influence United States government policy in this direction., but there is no evidence of which I am aware of any explicit plot or conspiracy to direct American policy in a direction favorable either to the Soviet Union or to international Communism. [The evidence alluded to here exists, however,

the real aim of these individuals and groups was to betray China into the hands of the communists in order to build a new Imperial System. The Soviet Union is a part of this secret Imperial Order and was set up by the Money Power in 1917. They planned to support and build Communist China into a new Super Power to rule Asia.]….

Many People in the U.S. Accept the Communist Ideology

The true explanation of what happened is not yet completely known and, as far as it is known, is too complicated to elucidate here. It is, however, clear that many persons who were born in the period 1900-1920 and came to maturity in the period 1928-1940 were so influenced by their experiences of war, depression, and insecurity that they adopted, more or less unconsciously, certain aspects of the Communist ideology (such as the economic interpretation of history, the role of a dualistic class struggle in human events, or the exploitative interpretation of the role of capital in the productive system and of the possessing groups in any society). Many of these ideas were nonsense, even in terms of their own experiences, but they were facile interpretative guides for people who, whatever their expert knowledge of their special areas, were lacking in total perspective on society as a whole or human experience as a whole…. This outlook was, for example, prevalent in that ubiquitous intriguer, Lionel Curtis, who was the original guide and parent of the IPR and of many similar organizations….

The Right’s Fairy Tale

The … Right[‘s] version of these events as written up by John T. Flynn, Freda Utley, and others … had a tremendous impact on American opinion and American relations with other countries in the years 1947-1955. This … Right fairy tale, which is now an accepted folk myth in many groups in America, pictured the recent history of the United States, in regard to domestic reform and in foreign affairs, as a well-organized plot by extreme Left-wing elements, operating from the White House itself and controlling all the chief avenues of publicity in the United States, to destroy the American way of life, based on private enterprise, laissez faire, and isolationism, in behalf of alien ideologies of Russian Socialism and British cosmopolitanism (or internationalism). This plot, if we are to believe the myth, worked through such avenues of publicity as The New York Times and the Herald Tribune, the Christian Science Monitor and the Washington Post, the Atlantic Monthly and Harper’s Magazine and had at its core the wild-eyed and bushy-haired theoreticians of Socialist Harvard and the London School of Economics. It was determined to bring the United States into World War II on the side of England (Roosevelt’s first love) and Soviet Russia (his second love) in order to destroy every finer element of American life and, as part of this consciously planned scheme, invited Japan to attack Pearl Harbor, and destroyed Chiang Kai-shek, all the while undermining America’s real strength by excessive spending and unbalanced budgets.

The Right’s Fairy Tale Does Have a Modicum of Truth

This myth, like all fables, does in fact have a modicum of truth. There does exist, and has existed for a generation, an international Anglophile network which operates, to some extent, in the way the … Right believes the Communists act. In fact, this network, which we may identify as the Round Table Groups, has no aversion to cooperating with the Communists, or any other groups, and frequently does so. I know of the operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years and was permitted for two years, in the early 1960’s. to examine its papers and secret records. I have no aversion to it or to most of its aims and have, for much of my life, been close to it and to many of its instruments. I have objected, both in the past and recently, to a few of its policies (notably to its belief that England was an Atlantic rather than a European Power and must be allied, or even federated, with the United States and must remain isolated from Europe), but in general my chief difference of opinion is that it wishes to remain unknown, and I believe its role in history is significant enough to be known.

The Round Table Groups Have Played a Very Significant
Role in the History of the U.S.

The Round Table Groups have already been mentioned in this book several times, notably in connection with the formation of the British Commonwealth in chapter 4 and in the discussion of appeasement in chapter 12 (“the Cliveden Set”). At the risk of some repetition, the story will be summarized here, because the American branch of this organization (sometimes called the “Eastern Establishment’) has played a very significant role in the history of the United States in the last generation.

The Original Purpose of the Round Table Groups

The Round Table Groups were semi-secrel discussion and lobbying groups organized by Lionel Curtis, Philip H. Kerr (Lord Lothian), and (Sir) William S. Marris in 1908-1911. This was done on behalf of Lord Milner, the dominant Trustee of the Rhodes Trust in the two decades 1905-1925.

The original purpose of these groups was to seek to federate the English-speaking world along lines laid down by Cecil Rhodes (1853-1902) and William T. Stead (1849-1912), and the money for the organizational work came originally from the Rhodes Trust.

By 1915 Round Table groups existed in seven countries, including England, South Africa, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, and a rather loosely organized group in the United States (George Louis Beer, Walter Lippmann, Frank Aydelotte, Whitney Shepardson, Thomas W. Lamont, Jerome D. Greene, Erwin D. Canham of the Christian Science Monitor, and others). The attitudes of the various groups were coordinated by frequent visits and discussions and by a well-informed and totally anonymous quarterly magazine. The Round Table, whose first issue, largely written by Philip Kerr, appeared in November 1910.

The Leaders of the Round Table Groups

The leaders of this group were: Milner, until his death in 1925, followed by Curtis (1872-1955), Robert H, (Lord) Brand (brother-in-law of Lady Astor) until his death in 1963, and now Adam D. Marris, son of Sir William and Brand’s successor as managing director of Lazard Brothers bank. The original intention had been to have collegia! leadership, but Milner was too secretive and headstrong to share the role. He did so only in the period 1913-1919 when he held regular meetings with some of his closest friends to coordinate their activities as a pressure group in the struggle with Wilhelmine Germany. This they called their “Ginger Group.” After Milner’s death in 1925, the leadership was largely shared by the survivors of Milner’s “Kindergarten,” that is, the group of young Oxford men whom he used as civil servants in his reconstruction of South Africa in 1901-1910. Brand was the last survivor of the “Kindergarten”: since his death, the greatly reduced activities of the organization have been exercised largely through the Editorial Committee of The Round Table magazine under Adam Marris.

Financial Backers of the Found Table Groups

Money for the widely ramified activities of this organization came originally from the associates and followers of Cecil Rhodes, chiefly from the Rhodes Trust itself, and from wealthy associates such as the Beit brothers, from Sir Abe Bailey, and (after 1915) from the Astor family. Since 1925 there have been substantial contributions from wealthy individuals and from foundations and firms associated with the international banking fraternity, especially the Carnegie United Kingdom Trust, and other organizations associated with J. P. Morgan, the Rockefeller and Whitney families, and the associates of Lazard Brothers and of Morgan, Grenfell, and Company.

The Existing Financial Network in New York and London

The chief backbone of this organization grew up along the already existing financial cooperation running from the Morgan Bank in New York to a group of international financiers in London led hy Lazard Brothers. Milner himself in 1901 had refused a fabulous offer, worth up to S100,000 a year, to become one of the three partners of the Morgan Bank in London, in succession to the younger J. P. Morgan who moved from London to join his father in New York (eventually the vacancy went to E. C. Grenfell, so that the London affiliate of Morgan became known as Morgan, Grenfell, and Company). Instead, Milner became director of a number of public banks, chiefly the London Joint Stock Bank, corporate precursor of the Midland Bank. He became one of the greatest political and financial powers in England, with his disciples strategically placed throughout England in significant places, such as the editorship of The Times, the editorship of The Observer, the managing directorship of Lazard Brothers, various administrative posts, and even Cabinet positions. Ramifications were established in politics, high finance, Oxford and London universities, periodicals, the civil service, and tax-exempt foundations.

Front Organizations Established in Key Countries

At the end of the war of 1914, it became clear that the organization of this system had to be greatly extended. Once again the task was entrusted to Lionel Curtis who established, in England and each dominion, a front organization to the existing local Round Table Group. This front organization, called the Royal Institute of International Affairs, had as its nucleus in each area the existing submerged Round Table Group. In New York it was known as the Council on Foreign Relations, and was a front for J. P. Morgan and Company in association with the very small American Round Table Group. The American organizers were dominated by the large number of Morgan “experts,” including Lamont and Beer, who had gone to the Paris Peace Conference and there became close friends with the similar group of English “experts” which had been recruited by the Milner group.

In fact, the original plans for the Royal Institute of International Affairs and the Council on Foreign Relations were drawn up at Paris.

The Council of the RIIA (which, by Curtis’s energy came to be housed in Chatham House, across St. James’s Square from the Astors, and was soon known by the name of this headquarters) and the board of the Council on Foreign Relations have carried ever since the marks of their origin. Until 1960 the council at Chatham House was dominated by the dwindling group of Milner’s associates, while the paid staff members were largely the agents of Lionel Curtis. The Round Table for years (until 1961) was edited from the back door of Chatham House grounds in Ormond Yard, and its telephone came through the Chatham House switchboard.

The Council on Foreign Relations in New York Was Dominated
by J. P. Morgan

The New York branch was dominated by the associates of the Morgan Bank. For example, in 1928 the Council on Foreign Relations had John W. Davis as president, Paul Cravath as vice-president, and a council of thirteen others, which included Owen D. Young, Russell C. Leffingwell, Norman Davis, Allen Dulles, George W. Wickersham, Frank L. Polk, Whitney Shepardson, Isaiah Bowman, Stephen P. Duggan, and Otto Kahn. Throughout its history the council has been associated with the American Round Tablers, such as Beer, Lippmann. Shepardson. and Jerome Greene.

Wall Street Contacts

The academic figures have been those linked to Morgan, such as James T. Shotwell, Charles Seymour, Joseph P. Chamberlain, Philip Jessup, Isaiah Bowman and, more recently, Philip Moseley, Grayson L Kirk, and Henry M. Wriston. The Wall Street contacts with these were created originally from Morgan’s influence in handling large academic endowments. In the case of the largest of these endowments, that at Harvard, the influence was usually exercised indirectly through “State Street,” Boston, which, for much of the twentieth century, came through the Boston banker Thomas Nelson Perkins.

Wall Street Law Firms

Closely allied with this Morgan influence were a small group of Wall Street law firms, whose chief figures were Elihu Root, John W. Davis, Paul D. Cravath, Russell Leffingwell, the Dulles brothers and, more recently. Arthur R Dean. Philip D. Reed, and John J. McCloy. Other nonlegal agents of Morgan included men like Owen D. Young and Norman H. Davis.

J. P. Morgan and Company Were the Center of the
Round Table Group in America

On this basis, which was originally financial and goes back to George Peabody, there grew up in the twentieth century a power structure between London and New York which penetrated deeply into university life, the press, and the practice of foreign policy. In England the center was the Round Table Group, while in the United States it was J. P. Morgan and Company or its local branches in Boston, Philadelphia, and Cleveland. Some rather incidental examples of the operations of this structure are very revealing, just because they are incidental. For example, it set up in Princeton a reasonable copy of the Round Table Group’s chief Oxford headquarters. All Souls College. This copy, called the Institute for Advanced Study, and best known, perhaps, as the refuge of Einstein, Oppenheimer, John von Neumann, and George F. Ken nan. was organized by Abraham Flexner of the Carnegie Foundation and Rockefeller’s General Education Board after he had experienced the delights of All Souls while serving as Rhodes Memorial Lecturer at Oxford. The plans were largely drawn by Tom Jones, one of the Round Table’s most active intriguers and foundation administrators.

The American Branch Exerted Its Influence Through
Five American Newspapers

The American branch of this “English Establishment” exerted much of its influence through five American newspapers (The New York Times, New York Herald Tribune. Christian Science Monitor, the Washington Post, and the lamented Boston Evening Transcript). In fact, the editor of the Christian Science Monitor was the chief American correspondent (anonymously) of The Round Table, and Lord Lothian, the original editor of The Round Table and later secretary of the Rhodes Trust (1925-1939) and ambassador to Washington, was a frequent writer in the Monitor. It might be mentioned that the existence of this Wall Street, Anglo-American axis is quite obvious once it is pointed out. It is reflected in the fact that such Wall Street luminaries as John W. Davis, Lewis Douglas, Jock Whitney, and Douglas Dillon were appointed to he American ambassadors in London.

The Double International Network Extended into New Countries through
Institute of International Affairs

This double international network in which the Round Table groups formed the semi-secret or secret nuclei of the Institutes of International Affairs was extended into a third network in 1925, organized by the same people for the same motives. Once again the mastermind was Lionel Curtis, and the earlier Round Table Groups and Institutes of International Affairs were used as nuclei for the new network. However, this new organization for Pacific affairs was extended to ten countries, while the Round Table Groups existed only in seven. The new additions, ultimately China, Japan, France, the Netherlands, and Soviet Russia, had Pacific councils set up from scratch. In Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, Pacific councils, interlocked and dominated by the Institutes of International Affairs, were set up. In England, Chatham House served as the English center for both nets, while in the United States the two were parallel creations (not subordinate) of the Wall Street allies of the Morgan Bank. The financing came from the same international banking groups and their subsidiary commercial and industrial firms. In England, Chatham House was financed for both networks by the contributions of Sir Abe Bailey, the Astor family, and additional funds largely acquired by the persuasive powers of Lionel Curtis. The financial difficulties of the IPR Councils in the British Dominions in the depression of 1929-1935 resulted in a very revealing effort to save money, when the local Institute of International Affairs absorbed the local Pacific Council, both of which were, in a way, expensive and needless fronts for the local Round Table groups.

The Chief Aim of the Elaborate and Semi-secret Organization

The chief aims of this elaborate, semi-secret organization were… to coordinate the international activities and outlooks of all the English-speaking world into one (which would largely, it is true, be that of the London group);

to work to… help backward, colonial, and underdeveloped areas to advance toward stability, law and order, and prosperity along lines somewhat similar to those taught at Oxford and the University of London (especially the School of Economics and the Schools of African and Oriental Studies). (Democratic socialism, finance capitalism, monopoly capitalism, secularism, internationalism, ect.)

These organizations and their financial backers were in no sense reactionary or Fascistic persons, as Communist propaganda would like to depict them. Quite the contrary. They were gracious and cultured gentlemen of… social experience who were much concerned with the freedom of expression of minorities and the rule of law for all, who constantly thought in terms of Anglo-American solidarity, of political partition and federation, and who were convinced that they could gracefully civilize the Boers of South Africa, the Irish, the Arabs, and the Hindus, and who are largely responsible for the partitions of Ireland, Palestine, and India, as well as the federations of South Africa, Central Africa, and the West Indies. Their desire to win over the opposition by cooperation worked with Smuts but failed with Hertzog, worked with Gandhi but failed with Menon, worked with Stresemann…. If their failures now loom larger than their successes, this should not be allowed to conceal the high motives with which they attempted both.

Contrary to published claims, the real goal of these individuals and organizations is to further the development of a New Imperial Order and World Empire.]

Round Table Groups Jettison Communists When Congress
Discovers Their Activities

It was this group of people, whose wealth and influence so exceeded their experience and understanding, who provided much of the framework of influence which the Communist sympathizers and fellow travelers took over in the United States in the 1930’s.

It must be recognized that the power that these energetic Left-wingers exercised was never their own power or Communist power but was ultimately the power of the international financial coterie

and, once the anger and suspicions of the American people were aroused, as they were by 1950, it was a fairly simple matter to get rid of the Red sympathizers.FN1

The Reece Committee to Investigate Tax Exempt Foundations

Before this could be done, however, a congressional committee, following backward to their source the threads which led from admitted Communists like Whittaker Chambers, through Alger Hiss, and the Carnegie Endowment to Thomas Lamont and the Morgan Bank, fell into the whole complicated network of the interlocking tax-exempt foundations.

The Eighty-third Congress in July 1953 set up a Special Committee to Investigate Tax-Exempt Foundations with Representative B. Carroll Reece, of Tennessee, as chairman.

It soon became clear that people of immense wealth would be unhappy if the investigation went too far and that the “most respected” newspapers in the country, closely allied with these men of wealth, would not get excited enough about any revelations to make the publicity worth while, in terms of votes or campaign contributions. An interesting report showing the Left-wing associations of the interlocking nexus of tax-exempt foundations was issued in 1954 rather quietly. Four years later, the Reece committee‘s general counsel, Rene A. Wormser, wrote a shocked, but not shocking, book on the subject called Foundations: Their Power and Influence. See the Staff Reports prepared by the Committee under the direction of Norman Dodd. 1

Jerome D. Greene Is One of the Key Figures in the Establishment of the
Council on Foreign Relations

One of the most interesting members of this Anglo-American power structure was Jerome D. Greene (1874-1959). Born in Japan of missionary parents, Greene graduated from Harvard’s college and law school by 1899 and became secretary to Harvard’s president and corporation in 1901-1910. This gave him contacts with Wall Street which made him general manager of the Rockefeller Institute (1910-1912), assistant to John D. Rockefeller in philanthropic work for two years, then trustee to the Rockefeller Institute, to the Rockefeller Foundation, and to the Rockefeller General Education Board until 1939. For fifteen years (1917-1932) he was with the Boston investment banking firm of Lee, Higginson, and Company, most of the period as its chief officer, as well as with its London branch. As executive secretary of the American section of the Allied Maritime Transport Council, stationed in London in 1918, he lived in Toynbee Hall, the world’s first settlement house, which had been founded hy Alfred Milner and his friends in 1884. This brought him in contact with the Round Table Group in England, a contact which was strengthened in 1919 when he was secretary to the Reparations Commission at the Paris Peace Conference. Accordingly, on his return to the United States he was one of the early figures in the establishment of the Council on Foreign Relations, which served as the New York branch of Lionel Curtis’s Institute of International Affairs.

Green Sells Fraudulent Securities of Ivor Kreuger

As an investment banker, Greene is chiefly remembered for his sales of millions of dollars of the fraudulent securities of the Swedish match king, Ivor Kreuger. That Greene offered these to the American investing public in good faith is evident from the fact that he put a substantial part of his own fortune in the same investments. As a consequence, Kreuger’s suicide in Paris in April 1932 left Greene with little money and no job. He wrote to Lionel Curtis, asking for help, and was given, for two years, a professorship of international relations at Aberystwyth, Wales. The Round Table Group controlled that professorship from its founding by David Davies in 1919, in spite of the fact that Davies, who was made a peer in 1932, had broken with the Round Table because of its subversion of the League of Nations and European collective security.

Greene Returns to America

On his return to America in 1934, Greene also returned to his secretaryship of the Harvard Corporation and became, for the remainder of his life, practically a symbol of Yankee Boston, as trustee and officer of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the Gardner Museum in Fenway Court, the New England Conservatory of Music, the American Academy in Rome, the Brookings Institution, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the General Education Board (only until 1939). He was also director of the Harvard Tercentenary Celebration in 1934-1937.

Greene Was Wall Street’s Chief Conduct of Funds
for the IPR

Greene is of much greater significance in indicating the real influences within the Institute of Pacific Relations than any Communists or fellow travelers. He wrote the constitution for the IPR in 1926, was for years the chief conduit for Wall Street funds and influence into the organization, was treasurer of the American Council for three years, and chairman for three more, as well as chairman of the International Council for four years.

There Is a Very Real Power Structure in Existence

Jerome Greene is a symbol of much more than the Wall Street influence in the IPR. He is also a symbol of the relationship betAveen the financial circles of London and those of the eastern United States which reflects one of the most powerful influences in twentieth-century American and world history. The two ends of this English-speaking axis have sometimes been called, perhaps facetiously, the English and American Establishments. There is, however, a considerable degree of truth behind the joke, a truth which reflects a very real power structure. It is this power structure which the… Right in the United States has been attacking for years in the belief that they are attacking the Communists. This is particularly true when these attacks are directed, as they so frequently are at “Harvard Socialism,” or at “Left-wing newspapers” like The New York Times and the Washington Post, or at foundations and their dependent establishments, such as the Institute of International Education.

Misdirected Attacks by the Right

These misdirected attacks by the… Right did much to confuse the American people in the period 1948-1955, and left consequences which were still significant a decade later. By the end of 1953, most of these attacks had run their course. The American people, thoroughly bewildered at widespread charges of twenty years of treason and subversion, had rejected the Democrats and put into the White House the Republican Party’s traditional favorite… Dwight D. Eisenhower. At the time, two events, one public and one secret, were still in process. The public one was the Korean War of 1950-1953: the secret one was the race for the thermonuclear bomb.

FN1 NoSnow: It’s a little bit difficult to take Professor Quigley seriously at this point. First, because Quigley himself has said that the “Money Power” set up the Soviet Union in 1917. Then, Quigley says, the real aim of Sovietizing Russia and China, (an aim which was a secret), is the set-up of a new Imperial Order. Finally, if the “Reds” were dispensed with, as Quigley says, in the aftermath of the Reece and McCarran investigations…. how does a Soviet spy, Lester Bowles Pearson, (exposed as such in the McCarran hearings) nonetheless then become President of the CIIA — the Canadian counterpart of the CFR (and the secretariat in Canada to the Institute of Pacific Relations) and rise into federal politics in Canada despite the RCMP’s having been warned by the FBI?

If the “Reds” were cleared out, why is Communist Pierre Trudeau a member of the CIIA? How does he become Prime Minister of Canada? Trudeau, on succeeding Pearson in the Prime Minister’s Office, appointed elite Soviet spies to run Canada’s national security, police, and communications.

It doesn’t sound to me as if the Reds were cleared out at all; nor, given the plans alleged by Quigley for a Soviet new world empire, would it be logical. Said Quigley:

the real aim of these individuals and groups was to betray China into the hands of the communists in order to build a new Imperial System. The Soviet Union is a part of this secret Imperial Order and was set up by the Money Power in 1917.

Norman Dodd‘s revelations (in the video clip above) of White House secret instructions to the tax-free foundations to affect education so as to Sovietize America, substantiate Quigley’s allegations.

The Reds were not cleared out; they’ve just got themselves a much better cover story, and better propaganda departments.
