1776—An American Coup

Ron Paul boasts the breakup of the USA is underway

1776:  Oath Keepers and The Death of America by Mass-Secession of the States

Oath Keepers is not an “anti-government” organization.  They are not a “patriotic” group.  They are a subversive organization working to deceive the loyal American military and other police and state officials into “standing down” when the States secede to complete the North American Union.  One of the Oath Keeper’s emblems, a badge they sell at Amazon, is a death’s head, a skull with the year 1776, meaning secession of thirteen American colonies from England.  That’s what the Oath Keepers really think of their country.  They aren’t defending it, they are destroying it.

The Oath Keepers are conning their followers into thinking it’s “constitutional” to destroy America, using the coup d’état of 1776 as a precedent, to “punish” the “federal government”.  That is not how you defend the Constitution.  However, the federal government is acting badly precisely to give these groups the excuse they need to peddle the criminally illegal break-up of the USA by mass secession of the States.  The federal governments of Canada, the USA and Mexico illegally and criminally signed the North American Union.

Stewart Rhodes, Oath Keepers

That’s a regional union under a world government out of Israel.  The Oath Keepers and the ring they work with, overlap a communist ring here in Canada, and I’ll give you more on that as this page develops.  The Oath Keepers, the Tenthers, the Nullifiers, and now the “Three Percenters” plan to destroy America by mass decentralization synchronized with the planned break-up of Canada by the phony Quebec referendums to “secede”.  These phony and criminally illegal referendums have never been about Quebec “sovereignty”, they have always been about handing the “federal government” a pretext to “negotiate” the complete dismantling of Canada into provincial States, to then allow those new States to redistribute political and legislative powers to the new globalist institutions:  the planned international city-states; the planned regional and hemispheric governments; and the world government.

State Nullification, promoted by Oath Keepers, the 10th Amendment Center and Thomas Woods, is the real tyranny.

State Nullification is NOT constitutional “law” as Stewart Rhodes and friends falsely preach.  It is treason against America, and this eBook gives an overview of why it is unconstitutional and treason, and points to the REAL goal of State Nullification:  the complete dismantling of the USA into city-states in the North American Union “signed on” by the leaders of Canada, USA and Mexico.

Stewart Rhodes who founded Oath Keepers out of the “Sleeping Giant” movement he started a decade ago, is a “former” political aide to the infamous Ron Paul, who is no American hero.

Thomas E. Woods, Jr., Nullify Now!

Ron Paul is the ringleader in this USA-wide criminal con to subvert the loyal troops of the USA so that the States can secede en masse and destroy America for the North American Union of international city-states under the coming world government.

All these men are working on the Death of America, and by extension, the Death of Canada.  They are traitors to America and enemies of ours.

Let’s get to the point.  I’m going to give you the solution to the Oath Keepers’ scam.

If you want your dog to take a pill, you bury it in something that tastes good.  The loyal American troops have been fed a subversive pill by Stewart Rhodes, who conned them into swearing an oath to it.

The Oath Keepers’ web site is now offline, and their Youtube channel has been taken down.  However, you can find their site in the Wayback Machine, and I’ve uploaded their full-length video, “Ten Orders We Will Not Obey” to Bitchute to embed it here (above).

On that video, around 2 minutes in, it says:

Oath Keepers in an association of active-duty military, veterans and peace officers who will honor the oath we swore … to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic so help us God!

Then follows:

Declaration of
Orders We Will
NOT Obey

Fast-forward to about 3 minutes and 07 seconds in:

And if that order
is an
“unlawful order?”

Then, the voice of a young man says:

“Marines have the right to refuse an unlawful order. …”

Screen title says:

Stewart Rhodes
Army Airborne Veteran
Constitutional
Attorney
and founder of
Oath Keepers

We then hear the voice of Stewart Rhodes over a framed photo of himself in front of a wall of books, presumably a wall of law books.

“Every service member has an obligation — not just that they, that they can refuse an illegal order, an unlawful order, they have an obligation to.  They have to.  And so they have to make a decision for themselves, where that line is.

However, as we will see, that “decision” has been made for them, by Rhodes, who is using Order number 5 to con the loyal troops into standing down to break up the country.  That’s treason.  The con job is treason, and standing down is treason in the context of Order number 5.

Fast-forward to 4 minutes 24 seconds:

5.  We will NOT
obey orders to
invade and subjugate
any state that asserts
its sovereignty”

That’s Order number 5, “the pill” that Rhodes and his mentors, starting with his not-so-“ex” boss, Ron Paul the radical secessionist, want the loyal military to swallow.

It is totally unconstitutional NOT to obey Order number 5.  The federal government has a constitutional duty to prevent the break-up of the USA by ordering the troops to protect a State that has been seized by usurpers in order to remove it from the Union.

Things have changed since 1776.  Secession today, to be successful, requires the approval of the United Nations, which didn’t exist in 1776.  (It also requires a stand-in for King George III:  a malign government.)

A successful “secession” in 2022 or 2023 or 2024 means one that is “recognized” by the U.N. and its member states.  (How many member states of the U.N. wouldn’t love to recognize the USA into dissolution, as was done to the former Yugoslavia?)  In order to grant “recognition”, the UN must be able to see:

  1. that the territory of the seceding entity has been secured by a civil war.

Securing a territory through armed conflict represents the “principle” of “effectiveness,” sometimes called “effectivity”.

“The creation of States has often been compared to a meta-judicial fact which cannot be explained by legal rules.  International law does not permit secession, but does not prohibit it either.  Thus, the only criterion for the emergence of a new State, outside the colonial context, is the principle of effectiveness:  if a secessionist entity succeeds in fulfilling the conditions of statehood, a new State is born.”
—  from Secession International Law Perspectives by Théodore Christakis, Cambridge University Press, 2009, 2012.

A year before the 1995 Quebec “secession” referendum, Joseph Eliot Magnet, PhD, penned editorials in French and English for major newspapers, informing Canadians that a civil war would have to ensue following a “Yes” to “sovereignty”.  In “Constitutional Crisis on the Horizon” published in French by Le Devoir in June of 1994, Magnet said (translation):

“They [secessions] constitute a revolutionary act.  International law waits for the results of the revolution before passing judgment.  International law sanctions the final outcome of the revolution if certain criteria are met:  the secessionist government has effective control over the territory it claims and the secessionist government has the support of the population it claims to govern.  In essence, these conditions are military and political issues that depend on the military and political outcome of the revolution.”

When Christakis declares that the existence of a new State is “a meta-judicial fact which cannot be explained by legal rules”, he means it’s a revolution; and revolution is outside of law, including constitutional law.  Joseph Eliot Magnet admits the same thing when he says successful secessions “constitute a revolutionary act”.

Ron Paul, at that Mises dinner meeting in 2015, is talking about exactly the same thing.  (Transcript:)

“It’s happening!  And it, it’s not gonna be because there will be enough people in the U.S. Congress to legislate it.  It won’t happen.  It’ll be de facto.”

“De facto” means illegally, unconstitutionally, outside the law.  “De facto” means a coup d’état.  Ron Paul oughta know, it’s his operation.

You will recognize the same principle touted by Christakis in his book published by Cambridge.  However, the additional criterion (and not by any means the last) is put forward that the seceding entity must have political as well as military supremacy.  It must have the support of the people of its territory.

Well, if the people support the troops who are standing down, they must necessarily support the “secessionist authorities” whom the troops are allowing to escape.

And here lies the genius of Stewart Rhodes and his mentors.  Whereas red Pierre Trudeau transferred all of Canada’s ordnance into Quebec before the first referendum to secede in 1980, clearly to ensure “effectivity”, that necessary win in the civil war required by the red UN to grant recognition, Rhodes applied over a decade to conning the loyal troops into joining a patriotic militia.  He then brainwashed them into swearing an oath to stand down when the States secede.  Score one for international state recognition:  the troops will not protect the Union.  They may even turn on each other in total confusion.

No matter who is in the Oval office, the effect will be the same, unless the troops wake up.  Because Rhodes trained all his people to believe that obeying an order of the federal government under Article IV, Section 4, is “unconstitutional”.  Of course, the people don’t know that’s what Rhodes did.  I’ll explain it a little more below.
